About Steph Werner

Steph grew up in Adams County and has been a resident of York County for more than 30 years. She and her husband Tom now live in Hanover. She is a graduate of Hanover High School and attended Central Penn Business School to earn an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. After several years in the legal field, Steph chose a part-time career path that allowed her more time to meet the demands of a lifestyle raising two busy daughters. In 2016 Steph and her husband entered the “empty nest” phase of life and she found the opportunity to devote herself to a new career in real estate.

In her free time, Steph enjoys volunteering and participating in community events and fundraisers. She also enjoys being by the ocean, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.

As a member of The Chrissie Barrick Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, Steph is thrilled to be working with buyers and sellers in the York and Adams County area. She enjoys the excitement of helping her clients determine their needs and wants, guiding them through the process, and ultimately getting them to the settlement table.
